Thank you for registering with SASAI and submitting your Artist Form. This includes your Bio and Information Card so please do send this our way so we can have this on file for promotional purposes. A W9 is required to receive any kind of payment from us once you work on a project, so please do send us you W9 as soon as possible. Should you need a W-9 we have included a link to the IRS template at the bottom of this form. Simply fill it out and upload it to this SASAI registration form. Once we receive this, you will be officially registered with SASAI and be qualified Ta Get Paid. Congrats!
